1. General Information
goshp.com is an online classifieds marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not sell products or services ourselves, nor do we process payments between users. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies only to services or fees paid directly to goshp.com (if any), such as paid advertisements, premium listings, or featured promotions.

2. Cancellation of Listings / Advertisements
- Users can cancel or remove their own free listings at any time by logging into their account and deleting the post.
- For paid listings or premium features:
  - Cancellation requests must be made before the listing goes live or within 24 hours of purchase.
  - Once a paid listing is published and active, it is generally non-refundable.
- goshp.com reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our Terms of Service without issuing a refund.

3. Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Transactions Between Users**: Since goshp.com does not handle buyer-seller payments, we cannot issue refunds for any purchases made through the platform. Any refund requests regarding products or services must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
- Refunds for Platform Fees**: Refunds for paid services (e.g., premium ads) are considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
  - Technical errors on our side that prevent the service from being delivered.
  - Duplicate payments made by mistake.
  - Listings that were not activated within a reasonable time due to our delay.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via our Contact Us page with proof of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds in Certain Cases
- Change of mind after a listing is published.
- Buyer-seller disputes or dissatisfaction with a purchased item.
- Violations of our policies or Terms of Service.
- Expired or used premium features.

5. Buyer and Seller Responsibility
Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for their own transactions. We strongly recommend:
- Communicating clearly before finalizing any deal.
- Meeting in safe, public places.
- Verifying items in person.
- Using secure payment methods.

goshp.com is not liable for any financial loss, disputes, or issues arising from transactions between users.

6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated date will be mentioned at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
